Photographer's Eye Collective is a nonprofit photography gallery and community organization located in Escondido, California. We provide exhibition opportunities, workshops, educational programs, and community events for photographers of all skill levels.

Membership

• Artists retain copyright to their original works

• You represent that any artwork you submit is your original work or that you have the rights to display it
• PEC is not responsible for any claims of copyright infringement related to submitted artwork

Events and Workshops

• Registration for events and workshops is subject to availability
• Fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by event; check individual event listings
• PEC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events

Limitation of Liability

PEC provides its website and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
